Season Registration

PART 1 - DEPOSIT

You'll begin by completing the online 'paperwork' (athlete info forms, signing waivers / acknowledgements, etc...) in this registration. Payment of a $400 deposit is required today.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. You will submit payment through this secure site. Have your credit card info (Visa or MasterCard only) available.

PART 2 - Uniforms

The uniform ordering window is mid-July through early-August. It is separate from this registration.

You will be emailed a link to the order form where you must select and pay for the items your athlete needs. Parents can choose to purchase a new set or reuse some of their athlete’s uniform pieces from the previous season. Refer to the UNIFORMS page for all the details. 

PART 3 - PAYMENT OF TEAM FEE

Finally, you'll need to pay the Team Fee. In November you will be emailed an invoice from the Bend Rapids for the Team Fee based on the team for which your athlete is rostered. Those fees are listed on the SEASON UPDATES page.   

You may pay this invoice in full or spread the payments over time. The $400 deposit you pay today will be deducted from the Team Fee.
